Tips to tackle speed issues with RAZ products
Raz-Plus and Raz-Kids are based on servers located in United States so sometimes loading from Asia could take more time than usual. If you encounter speed issue with Raz-Plus and/or Raz-Kids, please try following steps to check your system environment and improve the loading speed:
1. Clear the cache of your internet browser. Internet browsers cache pages to provide faster service when returning to that page. If the stored page is moved, updated, or deleted by the host, the cached file will not be updated. Instructions vary depending upon your browser and version. To review the complete instructions for your internet browser, please visit: http://help.learninga-z.com/customer/portal/articles/1649243-clear-cache-cookies
2. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, try switching to another browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome. If these steps do not fix the problem, please try connecting to a different network.
3. Our site usage peaks around 7am-1pm Dallas time (GMT -5), and 8pm-2am Beijing time (GMT +8). We understand that individual schedules require access at specific times, but avoiding those hours can help.
If the students are using Kids A-Z app:
1) Open Settings
2) Select the Kids A-Z app (you may need to scroll to the bottom)
3) Toggle the Reset Cache switch to green
4) Restart the device
If you continue to experience difficulties, we recommend removing the Kids A-Z app and re-downloading it.
1) Select and hold the Kids A-Z app until it shakes
2) Click the “x” for the Kids A-Z app
3) Press the Home button
4) Search for the Kids A-Z app in the Apple store and click to install it
If these steps are not working to you, please provide the specific device and software (operating system and browser/app, and version) and we will work with LAZ Support team to have a further test for you. You could also reach them at support@learninga-z.com if there are any other technical issues.
