  - Raz-Plus is the flagship product from Learning A-Z. It is designed for both the teachers and students. It provides over 50,000 teacher materials, such as worksheets, printable books, lesson plans, quizzes and discussion cards. At the same time, it includes a total of 3,000 leveled books with approximately 80 book at each level for students to read and practice. On the other hand, Raz-Kids is mainly for students. It includes around 800 books across 29 levels with each level containing around 30 books for students to read and practice. This is a student focused product so has limited materials for classroom instruction.

About licenses and account
- Could you briefly explain how to start using the products?
  - After you have placed an order and paid for it, we will process it and send you a confirmation email. After receiving this email, you will firstly need to log in to Learning A-Z’s online system and create accounts for each teacher. Then, these teachers can log in to use the products. If the products you purchase also allow students to use, teachers can create an account for each student, who will then be able to use the products as well.
- How does Learning A-Z’s license model work? How many licenses do I need to purchase for my students?
  - Learning A-Z’s products are designed to be used in a classroom setting. Each license can be used by one teacher for one classroom and supports up to 36 students. If you have a classroom that has more than 36 students, you may need to buy additional license(s) for that classroom.
- Can a teacher create accounts for students outside of his/her classroom so that these students can access Learning A-Z products as well?
  - No. Learning A-Z products use a classroom-based licensing model. A teacher can only create accounts for students in his/her classroom. Sharing access with people outside of the classroom may automatically void the license purchased.
- My licenses are going to expire soon. How could I renew them?
  - If you are an existing customer of Learning A-Z products and you want to renew your existing licenses and/or buy more licenses, please send your requirements through email to inquiry@edulink88.com. We will contact you ASAP and assist you with the license renewal/expansion process.
- My licenses have already expired. Could I renew them? How?
